Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of MeteoX, a private dashboard designed to display weather-event trading information, Polymarket market activity, strategy selections, notifications, portfolio summaries, and related operational data.
1. No trading, investment, financial, or legal advice
MeteoX is not a trading advisor, investment advisor, financial advisor, broker, asset manager, fiduciary, or legal advisor. Nothing shown in the dashboard should be understood as trading advice, investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit, or size any position.
All information is provided for informational, technical, and operational purposes only. Any decision to use the information, follow a signal, place a trade, change a strategy, or interact with Polymarket or any other platform is made solely by the user.
2. Risk of total loss
Prediction markets, weather-event markets, digital assets, crypto-related wallets, stablecoins, and automated or semi-automated trading systems involve significant risk. You can lose some or all of the money used. You should only use funds that you can afford to lose entirely.
Displayed winrates, historical results, forecasts, signals, strategy labels, simulated values, expected outcomes, portfolio balances, or previous trades do not guarantee future results. Market conditions can change quickly, data can be wrong, and execution can fail.
3. User responsibility
- You are fully responsible for every trade, order, wallet action, and platform interaction.
- You must verify all forecasts, market rules, resolution criteria, prices, balances, and trade details before relying on them.
- You are responsible for deciding whether the dashboard is suitable for your personal, financial, legal, tax, and regulatory situation.
- You are responsible for protecting your PIN, wallet, private keys, API keys, credentials, browser sessions, and devices.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, tax obligations, and platform terms that apply to you.
4. Polymarket and third-party services
MeteoX may display or interact with information related to Polymarket, weather data providers, AI providers, blockchain networks, RPC providers, email systems, hosting providers, APIs, and other third-party services. MeteoX does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, pricing, execution, market rules, resolution decisions, outages, delays, data errors, or changes.
5. Weather data and market resolution
Weather-event markets can depend on specific resolution sources, locations, stations, timestamps, units, and rules. Forecasts and observed temperatures may differ from final market resolution. MeteoX may display forecasts, current values, daily maximums, or parsed report data, but these values can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or different from the final resolved outcome.
6. Automation and execution risk
Automated or semi-automated systems can fail. Possible failures include wrong data, duplicated actions, missed trades, delayed trades, incorrect market matching, incorrect order sizing, failed API calls, insufficient funds, wallet errors, network issues, exchange or platform outages, software bugs, cron failures, server downtime, and unexpected behavior after updates.
The user accepts that automation can create losses and that all use is at the user's own risk.
7. No warranty
MeteoX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranty is made that the dashboard will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, profitable, or suitable for any specific purpose. No warranty is made that any displayed balance, notification, strategy, signal, forecast, or trade status is complete or correct.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MeteoX, its operators, owners, developers, contributors, and associated parties are not liable for losses, damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, trading losses, data loss, wallet loss, key compromise, tax consequences, regulatory consequences, platform issues, third-party failures, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the dashboard.
9. Access and security
The dashboard is protected by a PIN and session cookie. Users should log out on shared devices and must not share access with unauthorized persons. The operator may change access methods, expire sessions, restrict access, or disable the dashboard at any time for security or operational reasons.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the dashboard evolves. Continued use of MeteoX after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
